Shipping policy
Everything you need to know about how a vial gets from our lab to your bench, and what happens when something goes wrong on the way.
Where we ship
We currently dispatch to the following 21 destinations, grouped by the regional catalog you see at checkout:
- North America (2): United States, Canada. GLP-1 receptor agonists are not supplied to US or CA addresses — see the active-ingredient notice in the footer when browsing on a US or CA address.
- Europe (15): United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Portugal. Lab consumables (bacteriostatic water, alcohol prep pads, empty sterile vials) are unavailable on the EU catalog under the EU Falsified Medicines Directive — order them directly from a local pharmacy supplier.
- Asia–Pacific (4): Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Republic of Korea.
If your country is not on the list above, we currently cannot deliver there. The per-region restriction matrix is documented in the repository at docs/SALES-CHANNELS.md.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders received later, or on weekends and public holidays, ship on the next working day. Each dispatch email includes a tracking number.
Carriers and packaging
Domestic and intra-EU orders go by tracked courier. Vials are sent in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs to maintain cold-chain integrity during transit. On arrival, transfer the vial to a freezer for long-term storage.
Returns — there are none
We do not accept returns of research peptides. This is the standard across the research-supply industry: once a lyophilized vial leaves our cold chain, we cannot re-verify its sterility, potency, or identity, so it cannot re-enter our stock. There is no "ship it back for a refund or exchange" flow.
That sounds harsher than it is in practice. The way the industry protects buyers is not by accepting returns — it's by covering the one failure mode that actually goes wrong: international customs interception. We do that with our customs reship guarantee.
Customs reship guarantee — our return policy analog
If your order is held, seized, or returned by customs, we ship a replacement once at our cost. No paperwork beyond the carrier notice, no proof of injury, no chargeback gymnastics. This is the equivalent of a satisfaction guarantee in our category. Full terms on the customs reship guarantee page.
Damaged or missing items
Separate from the customs reship guarantee, if a vial arrives broken or an item from your order is missing on delivery, email [email protected] within seven days with your order number and a photograph. We dispatch a replacement from the next batch.
Customs and duties
For shipments outside our domestic market, the buyer is the importer of record. Any duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied at import are payable by the buyer.
