Lab & testing
Every batch JUNI ships is independently tested before it leaves the facility. Below: the lab, the assays, and the document trail you receive with every order.
What we test for
- 01
HPLC purity
Reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection at 220 nm. Every batch must read ≥ 99% area-under-curve before release. The chromatogram ships with the CoA.
- 02
Mass spectrometry identity
Electrospray ionization MS to confirm the molecular weight matches the expected sequence within 0.5 Da. Identity failures kill the batch.
- 03
Endotoxin (LAL)
Limulus amebocyte lysate assay to <0.1 EU/mg. Required for any peptide that might enter an in-vitro cell-culture experiment.
- 04
Sterility (USP <71>)
Fluid-thioglycollate and soybean-casein digest media; 14-day incubation. Pass / fail recorded per batch.
- 05
Bioburden / residual solvents
Gas chromatography on the lyophilization mother liquor to confirm residual acetonitrile, TFA, and acetic acid are within USP limits.
Per-batch Certificate of Analysis
Every vial ships with a printed CoA in the box. The same CoA is downloadable from the product page (see "View batch CoA") and from your account once the order is dispatched. Sample CoA format below.
