Terms of sale

Last updated: 2026. These terms govern every order placed with JUNI peptides. By completing checkout you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

1. Parties

These terms are entered into between the buyer (the customer) and Juni Research Ltd. Full operating-entity disclosure is on the imprint page.

2. Product nature

All products are research reagents. See the research disclaimer for the full permitted-use statement. Placing an order constitutes agreement with that disclaimer.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer only when the order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including — without limitation — on any of the following grounds:

  • Orders whose accompanying notes, shipping instructions, or correspondence include reconstitution, dosing, injection, or other human-use language. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research. See the research disclaimer.
  • Orders for GLP-1 receptor agonists shipped to addresses in the United States or Canada. We do not supply GLP-1 receptor agonists in the United States or Canada.
  • Orders to a destination where the competent regulator has issued an active enforcement notice or import alert against the named buyer, consignee, or shipping address.
  • Suspected misuse, regulatory restriction in the destination jurisdiction, sanctions exposure, or pricing errors.

4. Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in the storefront in EUR or USD depending on the selected region and are exclusive of duties or taxes that may be levied at import. The buyer is responsible for any such duties.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payments and Bitcoin / Lightning via BTCPay. Crypto payments are irreversible once confirmed on the network.

6. Shipping, risk, and title

Risk of loss passes to the buyer on hand-over to the carrier. Title passes on payment in full. See shipping & returns for delivery details.

7. Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of research reagents we do not accept returns once a vial has been dispatched, except where the product is objectively defective or damaged in transit and the buyer notifies us in writing within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Warranty

We warrant only the purity and identity stated on the certificate of analysis accompanying each batch. No other warranty, express or implied, applies. Buyer is solely responsible for determining suitability for the intended research use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Juni Research Ltd is registered, without reference to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

At our election, any dispute may instead be referred to final and binding arbitration under the ICC Rules of Arbitration, seated in the registered jurisdiction, conducted in English by one arbitrator. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim relief from a competent court.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one displayed on this page at the time of order.
